Please read our refund & cancellation guidelines carefully

Order Cancellation & Charges

If prepaid orders are canceled before dispatch, the refund will be processed after a deduction of transaction charges (5% of order value). If canceled after dispatch, actual courier charges will be deducted (calculated as per the delivery pin code).

Defective or Damaged Products

In case there is a problem with the product, we will replace the product or refund the entire amount plus return shipping charges. Please note that we must be notified of the issue via Phone or Email (care@earthlyf.com) within 24 hours of you receiving the product.

Unboxing Video Mandatory

Customers are requested to have an unboxing video ready for claim validation and review by our inspection team.

Refund Processing & Timelines

Once bank details are shared, the refund will be initiated and the amount will reflect in your bank account within 7-10 working days.
