Investigation & Notification Window
In case of any problem with the product, it will be investigated within 48 to 72 hours. Please note that the issue must be notified to us via Phone or Email (care@earthlyf.com) within 24 hours of receiving the product. Our team will perform thorough research before approving any refund or replacement.
Damaged / Tampered Shipments
Customers are requested not to accept the parcel if the outer delivery box is visibly tampered with or damaged.
Unboxing Video Requirement
An uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory to claim any damages or transit-related issues with the product.
Standard Product Returns
If there is no physical or quality issue with the product, the same product will be returned back to the customer, and additional shipping charges will be applicable.
